  • Game Asset Producer managing a complex multimedia pipeline of digital, art, gameplay, and cinematic assets

  • Partner with creative leads, narrative teams, and stakeholders to bring storytelling vision to life through bespoke game assets for a TV show, managing various types of cinematic and game content from concept to final delivery

  • Manage ongoing budgets for game asset production, including staff headcount and development costs, while providing regular cost reporting and schedule updates to stakeholders

  • Create executive summaries that communicate high-level production status and budget information to leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making

  • Collaborate closely with creative leads and establish trust through proactive communication of production processes, serving as a strategic partner during feedback, iteration, and approval cycles

  • Work with technical teams to optimize cinematics tools and build efficient production systems that support streamlined content creation workflows

  • Create and execute budgets and production plans, and partner with the head of Physical Production for Film & TV to support the entire slate of Ubisoft film and television projects, both in development and production.

  • Manage production for a full slate of small-scale digital videos and longer-form series (40+ episodes), oversee multiple, simultaneous productions (both in studio and on location) with overlapping timelines 

  • Plan and coordinate branded content deliverables, estimate resources, and ensure delivery deadlines are met

  • Create and manage all show budgets, filming schedules, hire and manage freelance production crew, editors, animators, and motion designers 

  • Schedule, manage, and optimize the post-production editor schedule, delivery process, and archive workflow

Senior Manager, Physical Production

  • Serve as liaison between filmmakers and internal business stakeholders to ensure production information is disseminated and studio policies are adhered to across productions

Coordinator, Physical Production

  • Assist EVP of Physical Production on slate of projects in development, pre-production, and production

  • Prepare budget “critical assumptions” (a condensed report showing priority issues for the film budget with high level breakdown of key line items for ATL/BTL/Post/VFX, accompanied by assumptions for production and post schedule, second unit, key builds, and travel) for each feature on the greenlight pipeline

  • Assist with the physical production components of greenlighting films, including creating multiple iterations of schedules for overall prep/production/post/delivery/release  

  • Interact with below-the-line agents and representatives in checking key crew availability and follow-through on deal points and negotiations

  • Execute all long form contracts for department heads deals (Director of Photography, Production Designer, Costume Designer, 2nd Unit Director)

A fictional MMO. A rising popularity of UGC content. Children making "condo" games. Simulating motherhood via a first-person shooter and repurposed cooking game. Mythic Quest explored all of these storylines, and more!

Side Quest: "The Last Raid"

A very unique episode of the show Side Quest (a spinoff of Mythic Quest) that takes place almost entirely in the fictional game Mythic Quest.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Game Assets ▶︎

Video games are having a moment and showing up in storylines many shows. Based on our experience with Mythic Quest, we were approached to make two levels of a mobile game for The Summer I Turned Pretty.
